Lonnie King is an award winning Country Gospel Singer Songwriter living in Berea KY who loves The Lord and has been blessed with three Country Gospel albums. All of which being originals. The songs on these albums have strong potential to be released on both Christian and Country radio. Lonnie’s song, “Was That You Lord” and “Forever in The End” made it to the #2 spot on Cash Box top 100 in January 2016/2017. They also made it to the #2 spot on Christian Servants Top 100. Lonnie has a history and background for playing for several top regional bands. One of which was “Slick Nickel”. Terry Warner, of the Steve Warner group, was the drummer for “Slick Nickel”. Other groups included, “Hurricane Creek”, a Nashville based group, “New Canyon Band”, “Jim Stone Band”, and “The Thoroughbred Band”. Early on Lonnie was a front man for “Lonnie King and The Midnight Ramblers”, at The Pepperment Lounge, in Richmond Kentucky.
